I have heard this from Disovery Channel or Discovery Science or watever lah but our planet, Earth, is in the right place for us, human and other living creatures to survive. Our planet Earth, has a magnetic force field that protects us from the Sun's dangerous cosmic rays called the Solar Wind but without the Earth's magnetic force field, that ray would go into Earth and dry up all of Earth's water and that would cause all trees and living creatures to die and leave Earth empty and dead like the moon. The Earth gets it's magnetic force field from it's core, where everything is moultant iron and from there the Earth's magnetic force field is created. The Earth's magnetic force field deflects the Solar Wind rays from EarthAlthough the Earth has the magnetic force field to protect us from the sun's harmful rays, some of the sun's rays manages to penetrate trough at the Earth's North Pole and South Pole, creating a natural phenomena called the Aurora as shown in the picture below my dear friends/readers. ( I got this from the internet "The sun is a source of cosmic rays: the solar wind consists of protons and electrons ejected from the sun's corona and from solar flares. Almost all these solar cosmic rays, however, have a very low energy and except for a minute fraction they are all deflected by the earth's magnetic field and absorbed in the atmosphere. They have enough energy to ionize the various gasses in the upper atmosphere, which then causes beautiful displays known as the Aurora. More specifically, in the northern hemisphere it is called the Aurora Borealis, also known as Northern Lights, while in the southern hemisphere it is called Aurora Australis." )
